Order Cancellation & Stock Unavailability
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will inform you immediately. You may choose to wait for restock or request a full refund. If you do not wish to wait, we will process the refund promptly to your original payment method.
Back-Order Refunds Under Our Return Policy
For items placed on back-order, you may cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, the standard return policy applies as noted below.
Damaged or Broken Items
We take great care in packaging items safely for international and local delivery. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. Provide the following evidence:
- Clear photos/videos of the damaged product
- Photos of the outer and inner packaging
- Shipping label proof
A replacement will be arranged if stock is available, or a refund if replacement is not possible. Minor dents or cosmetic imperfections on packaging that do not affect product quality do not qualify for refunds.
